Mr. Olutola Mobolurin is a distinguished finance executive, Founder, and Chairman with over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector, bringing decades of leadership expertise in investment banking and capital markets. He is the Founder and pioneer Managing Director of Capital Bancorp Plc, a firm he established in 1988 and led until 2009. Prior to founding Capital Bancorp, he worked at Continental Merchant Bank Limited (formerly Chase Merchant Bank) from 1979 to 1988, eventually resigning as Deputy General Manager.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mobolurin has sat on the boards of several blue-chip companies. He has served as Chairman of First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Plc, Chairman of NASD Limited (an OTC Trading Platform), and Chairman of Crusader-Sterling Pensions Limited. He also previously held the dual role of Vice Chairman and Managing Director at Crusader Nigeria Plc.

In addition to his corporate leadership, he has held numerous key industry roles. He served as the President and Chairman of the Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) from 2001 to 2003 and was a Council Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). Dolapo Ashiru is a highly experienced capital market professional with over 20 years of experience in the Nigerian financial services industry, specializing in institutional sales, foreign portfolio investments, business development, investment advisory, and executive management. He has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of over 150 clients, including Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and financial institutions, providing strategic financial and investment advisory services to portfolios valued at over ₦20 billion.

He previously served as Head of Institutional Sales at CardinalStone Partners, where he managed key institutional relationships and business development initiatives. He was also the pioneer Head of the International Clients Desk at Meristem Securities Limited, leading market penetration strategies that strengthened the firm’s international presence and foreign investor engagement.

Dolapo has held several executive leadership positions, including Managing Director/CEO of Lead Securities & Investments Limited, Mega Capital Financial Services Limited, and Interstate Securities Limited, where he drove business growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Bancorp Securities Limited, providing strategic direction for the firm’s operations and growth initiatives.

He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), and a SEC-sponsored individual. His extensive industry expertise and proven leadership track record have established him as a respected professional in the Nigerian capital market.

Mr. Rotimi Odeyemi is a seasoned accounting professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience spanning auditing and accounting, oil and gas, information technology, financial services, and the construction industry. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Still Earth Holdings Limited. In this role, he provides strategic guidance on corporate financing, enterprise risk, tax management, audit strategy, construction project support, and high-value investments.

Prior to transitioning to his current position, Mr. Odeyemi spent 16 years as the CFO of Capital Bancorp Group, serving from 2007 to 2023. Over the course of his extensive career, he has built a diverse portfolio of expertise across multiple sectors, working with notable organizations such as MoreTime Information Technologies Limited, Brunnel Energy Limited, Starcomms Limited, and Babington Ashaye and Co.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Lagos State University (LASU). Professionally, Mr. Odeyemi is a recognized expert in his field and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Opeyemi Ayoola is the Executive Director and Head of Operations at Bancorp Securities Limited. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS), and an Authorised Dealing Clerk of both Nigerian Exchange Limited and NASD OTC Securities Exchange, duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Caleb University, an HND from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and an MBA from Rome Business School.

With over two decades of experience in finance, stockbroking operations, securities dealing, and relationship management, she has built extensive expertise in Nigeria’s financial services industry. Prior to joining Capital Bancorp Group in 2008, she worked with Nigerdock Plc as a Payroll and Cost Accountant.

Mr. Gbolahan Olojede is the Nn-Executive Director, Bancorp Securities Plc, a position he assumed in August 2023. He brings over three decades of diverse experience to the executive management team, with a robust career spanning professional services, print media, commercial and investment banking, corporate banking, healthcare, oil and gas, telecommunications, and capital markets.

He began his career in 1993 at a professional firm of chartered accountants before expanding his footprint across several prominent organizations, including Trident Securities Limited, The Guardian Newspapers, Standard Trust Bank, UBA Plc, UBA Global Markets (now UBA Capital), Bank PHB, and Glo. Prior to his current appointment at Capital Bancorp, Mr. Olojede served as an Executive Director at DMA Advisory Services Limited. His extensive leadership portfolio also includes pivotal executive roles as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Swift Oil Limited and the Chief Financial Officer at JNC International Limited.

Academically, Mr. Olojede is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, United States. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is deeply passionate about civic education and remains an optimistic advocate for the prospects of a truly developed Nigeria.

Dr. Babatunde Awobo Pearse joined the Board of Directors of Capital Bancorp Plc in December 2017. He is currently the Principal of Awobo Pearse Engineering Ltd., a firm providing Commercial, Development and Execution Consulting and Engineering services to the Energy, Utilities, Environmental and Infrastructure industries.

Dr. Pearse is a seasoned professional in the Oil and Gas industry, having led various multi-functional teams managing large multimillion-dollar projects for over 30 years.

Prior to founding Awobo Pearse Engineering Ltd., Dr. Pearse held various senior positions at ExxonMobil, the world’s largest integrated oil company. These included Development Planning General Manager, Executive Senior Project Manager for Gas and Power, and EM Development Executive Select Stage Manager, among others. He also worked for ExxonMobil in international locations including the United States of America, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan.

Before joining ExxonMobil, Dr. Pearse spent a number of years in academia, lecturing and conducting research at the Department of Engineering Analysis, University of Lagos, and the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom. He has multiple publications in respected engineering journals.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Surrey, England, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Birmingham, England.

His professional affiliations include membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and he is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is also a member of the Metropolitan Club of Lagos, the Lagos Dining Club, the Lagos Motor Boat Club, and the Ikoyi Club 1938 of Lagos.

Mr. Aigboje Higo is a Non-Executive Director and a seasoned investment banker, stockbroker, and pension fund manager with over 34 years of expertise in the financial services sector. He has built a distinguished career in investment management and capital markets, culminating in his role as Group Managing Director of Capital Bancorp Plc. He held this position for 14 years until his retirement in 2023, during which he successfully transitioned the organization into a group structure.

Prior to joining Capital Bancorp, Mr. Higo held several key leadership roles. From 2005 to 2009, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pensions Alliance Limited (PAL), a subsidiary of FSDH. Concurrently, from 2003 to 2009, he was a Director at FSDH Asset Management Limited, where he also took on CEO responsibilities. Before these roles, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at FSDH Securities Limited from 1995 to 2005. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Prudent Stockbrokers Ltd. from 1987 to 1990, before stepping into the role of Manager of Corporate Finance at Prudent Merchant Bank Plc in 1990.

Academically, Mr. Higo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Howard University, Washington D.C. (1984), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from American University, Washington D.C. (1985). Professionally, he is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, having qualified in 1988, and became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in 1993.

Momah Obianuju was appointed Group Head, HR/Admin at Capital Bancorp Plc in April 2021. Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Genesis Cinemas. She was also previously Head, HR and Administration at Petrodata Management Services Limited, where she worked from December 2015 to January 2021.

Obianuju brings over a decade of experience across human resources and administration roles spanning banking, oil and gas, entertainment and hospitality, and the capital market. She commenced her career at Aso Savings & Loans Plc in 2011 as a Team Lead, Customer Service Officer.

She is an alumna of Lagos Business School, where she obtained her MBA in 2014, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lead City University, Ibadan, awarded in 2009.

She is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi), and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
